Since 1989, Áù¾ÅÉ«Ìà has stood as a guardian of democracy, observing 128 elections across 40 nations and helping pioneer techniques that have become global standards for election observation and democratic engagement.

This October, we invite you to take on the 40-Mile Challenge in honor of the Áù¾ÅÉ«ÌÃ’s work to advance fair and peaceful elections in 40 nations and counting and all the proven programs for global peace and health begun by the late President and Mrs. Carter.
