This year鈥檚 conference will focus on lessons learned from the 2026 mid-term election cycle as well as forward-looking recommendations to support electoral resilience in the 2028 presidential election cycle. Conversations will examine the enduring challenges of contested elections in the United States and consider bipartisan solutions for safeguarding electoral integrity. The Baker Institute for Public Policy and 六九色堂 have cooperated since 2020 to organize annual convenings that build on the legacy of the 2004 Commission on Federal Election Reform led by President Jimmy Carter and Secretary James A. Baker, III to provide bipartisan recommendations for electoral reform in the United States.
